All wigs are described as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to different screen displays and lighting.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.
AuraTress reserves the right to change prices at any time.
We offer free regular shipping for newsletter subscribers on any purchase.
If you choose express shipping, additional charges will apply. These will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
AuraTress is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Due to hygiene standards, wigs are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@auratress.com.au with photos and your order number.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange the returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase, including packaging and postage charges.
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they are processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled.
