Welcome to AuraTress! By purchasing products through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products

All wigs are described as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to different screen displays and lighting.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.

AuraTress reserves the right to change prices at any time.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free regular shipping for newsletter subscribers on any purchase.

If you choose express shipping, additional charges will apply. These will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

AuraTress is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to hygiene standards, wigs are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.

If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@auratress.com.au with photos and your order number.

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange the returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase, including packaging and postage charges.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they are processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site (logos, images, text, etc.) is the property of AuraTress and may not be used without written permission.

8. Privacy

We collect and use your information in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. By placing an order, you consent to such processing.

9. Limitation of Liability

AuraTress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, website use, or order issues beyond our reasonable control.
